Conditions for participation in the #HYDRATETHEWORLD competition
1. General conditions
Win a bike[1], "Coral-Mine" for conditioning drinking water from natural coral[2], and a "HYDRATE THE WORLD" water bottle. In total, the competition prizes to be given out are 3 (three) bicycles; 3 (three) sets of "Coral-Mine" of 12 (twelve) packs of 30 (thirty) sachets; 18 (eighteen) HYDRATE THE WORLD[3] water bottles (500 ml.); 15 (fifteen) packs of "Coral-Mine" of 30 (thirty) sachets.
To become a Participant in the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”), you need to shoot a video (hereinafter referred to as the “Video”) about the healthy habit of drinking pure water. The captured Video must be published by the Participant with the hashtag #HYDRATETHEWORLD in their social network accounts: Tik-Tok, VKontakte, Instagram or Facebook. According to the results of the Competition, 15 winners will be determined, who will receive: "HYDRATE THE WORLD" bottles for water and a mineral composition for conditioning drinking water from natural coral: "Coral-Mine"[4]. We will also give away three sets of main prizes: a bicycle, an annual Coral-Mine set, and a HYDRATE THE WORLD water bottle. The #HYDRATETHEWORLD Contest is held in accordance with these Rules, it is not a lottery, is not risk-based, does not require payment of participation fees, and does not require mandatory registration or notification to the relevant government authorities.
2. Organizer of the Contest.

3. Participants of the Competition.
3.1 Any capable individual who has reached the age of majority and who fulfilled the conditions of the Competition indicated on the website at https://ru.coral-club.com/faq/contest.php can take part in the Competition
The competition is held without restrictions at the place of residence of the participants.
3.2. To participate in the competition, the Participant must be registered and authorized in one of the social networks: Tik-Tok, VKontakte, Instagram or Facebook.
3.3. Each Participant of the Contest confirms that they are familiar with these Rules, unconditionally accepts the conditions and guarantees that they will comply with them during the entire period of the Contest.
4. General terms of the Competition.
4.1. The competition is held from March 01 to March 21, 2021. Videos must be posted following the terms of the Competition from March 1, 2021, and no later than 18.00 Moscow time on March 19, 2021.
4.2. The Organizer of the Contest has the right to extend the term of the Contest or to terminate the Contest early, change the conditions of the Contest, subject to posting the corresponding notice/revision of the Contest Rules on the website ru.coral-club.com.
4.3. In the event of a change or cancellation of the competition by the Organizer, the latter is not obliged to reimburse any costs of the Competitors who have not finished and did not submit the Video, since it does not meet the conditions.
5. The order of participation and conduct of the Competition.
5.1. To become a Participant in the Contest, it is necessary to fulfill the terms of these Rules, published on the website at ru.coral-club.com.
5.2. The Participant of the Competition needs to shoot a video, which tells about the good habit of drinking clean water.
5.3. The captured video must be published by the Participant with the hashtag #HYDRATETHEWORLD in his account on social networks: Tik-Tok, VKontakte, Instagram or Facebook.
5.4. If the Participant who published the video, for some reason, lost access to his account, or deleted his account during the Contest, the video of such a Participant is not considered.
5.5. For the Video to be admitted for the drawing of prizes, the Participant must be a subscriber of the Coral Club community on the social network in which the Video Tik-Tok is posted, VKontakte, Instagram or Facebook, and also meet the following requirements:
5.5.1. An unlimited number of original materials can be submitted for the Competition. Compilations from films, as well as borrowed objects of copyright, such as audio, video, photo, sound and other inserts, to which the Participant has no rights, are not allowed in the competition. Participants guarantee that the work of authorship is submitted to the Competition. Participants guarantee that they have the rights to copyright objects in the case of submitting a video clip, which uses audio, video, photo, sound and other inserts belonging to third parties. The originality of the Video is not evaluated by the Organizer, all disputes and claims of the copyright holders of materials, illegally borrowed, used by the Participants, will be addressed to the Participants.
5.5.2. Videos containing profanity are not allowed to participate in the prize drawing.
5.5.3. The content of the provided material must not contradict any current legislation in the Participant’s nation of residence or the Russian Federation, or violate the rights of third parties and generally accepted moral and ethical standards.
5.5.4. Videos should not contain references to specific brands of goods, trademarks, as well as commercial organizations and sponsors (Articles 4, 5 of the Federal Law No. 38 "On Advertising" dated 13.03.2006).
5.6. Videos that do not meet the stated requirements, the Organizer has the right not to consider as a Participant of the Contest.
6. Mechanics of the Competition and the procedure for determining the winners.
6.1. Users of the social networks Tik-Tok, VKontakte, Instagram or Facebook who have submitted in the period from March 01, 2021, to March 19, 2021, inclusively defined by these Rules, are considered to have sent an application for participation in the Competition, become participants in the Competition and participate in determining the winner of the Competition by the method generating random numbers.
6.2. The winners of the Contest will be randomly selected to stories https://www.instagram.com/coralclub/ using the random number generator service http://randstuff.ru/ in the following order:

6.3. Each Participant of the drawing who has fulfilled the conditions of the Contest will be randomly assigned a Participant number.
6.4. A video in which the randomizer determines the winners of the Contest will be available in stories https://www.instagram.com/coralclub/ and saved within 24 hours after each of the draws.
6.5. The results of the Contest (names of winners/names of accounts) are also posted on the Site https://ru.coral-club.com/faq/contest.php from March 22 to March 26, 2021. The page is under construction - after the publication of the material on the site
6.6. All participants of the competition can participate in the drawing of the main prize.
7. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING PRIZES
7.1. Receipt of a prize in cash, as well as its replacement at the request of the Participant, is not provided, as well as its issue and use on terms different from those outlined in these Rules of the Contest.
7.2. The Organizer of the Competition hereby informs the Winning Participant about the statutory obligation of citizens to pay Personal Income Tax in connection with the receipt of the prize. On the territory of the Russian Federation, this is an amount in the amount of 35% of the value of the prize in excess of 4,000 (four thousand) rubles for the tax period (calendar year) (clause 28 of article 217 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation). Participant is responsible to ensure any local taxation rules are followed. By participating in the Contest and agreeing to these Rules, the Participant is considered to be duly informed of the above obligation.
7.3. In order to receive the Prize, the Winners must submit the following documents to the e-mail of the Contest info@coral-club.com:

- Address of the actual place of residence for the delivery of the prize
- Current mobile phone number.
Other necessary information at the request of the Contest Organizer.
7.4. The Winner agrees that the Award will be sent by April 30, 2021, and also agrees to sign the necessary documents: the Acceptance Certificate, which specifies the details of the Competition Organizer and the Winner - recipient of the Awards (full name, passport details, registration address ). The Acceptance Certificate also reflects the period of the Contest, the name and value of the Prize received, the amount of personal income tax calculated and withheld by the Organizer of the Contest and the obligations of the parties to pay tax. The obligation of the Organizer of the Contest to transfer the Prize is considered fulfilled from the moment of signing with the Organizer of the Contest the Acceptance Certificate for the Prize.
7.5. The Organizer of the Contest independently determines how the Prize will be transferred to the Winner. The Participant, in turn, undertakes to receive the Award in the manner established by the Organizer of the Competition, namely:
7.5.1. Forwarding the Prize by the Organizer of the Competition by courier or postal delivery service.
7.5.2. Other ways.
7.6. If the Winner refuses to receive the Prize in the Competition or within 30 days does not take action to receive the Prize, the Organizers do not re-select the Winner, the Prize remains with the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for the information incorrectly indicated by the Participant, in the event that the Organizer cannot contact the Winner using the contact information specified by him. In this case, the Prize is deemed unclaimed. Likewise, the Prize is deemed unclaimed if a person other than the one whose data was indicated when participating in the Competition contacts the Organizer to receive it. In this case, the Prize remains with the Organizer and will not be awarded to any of the Contest Participants.

8.2. The Organizer of the Contest responds to the requests of the Participants, within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the request, during working hours Moscow time from Monday to Friday.
9. Other conditions.
9.1. The Organizer of the Contest is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses of participants associated with participation in the Contest, including those resulting from failures in telecommunications and energy networks, actions of malicious programs, unfair actions of third parties aimed at unauthorized access and/or disabling the software and/or hardware complex of the Contest Organizer and other third parties, in particular social networks, as well as unforeseen force majeure circumstances. The Organizer of the Contest is not obliged to compensate the losses to the Contest participants in such cases. The Organizer of the Contest does not cover any expenses of the Participants, including the costs of paying for Internet services, telephone and other expenses that may arise in the process of participating in the Contest.
9.2. In the event that the contact information, the need to provide which is due to the terms of these rules, contains personal data in accordance with active legislation, then such personal data will be used exclusively in connection with this Competition and will not be provided to any third parties for purposes unrelated to with the Competition, except for cases when such provision of information is necessary for the Organizer to fulfill its obligations under this Competition and/or directly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.3. By taking part in the Competition, the Participant thereby expresses his full and unconditional consent to the processing of his personal data by the Organizer of the Competition (namely: last name, first name and middle name, passport data, contact phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, passport data) exclusively in order to ensure that the Contest is held in accordance with these rules. Personal data can be processed by the Organizer of the Competition only for the period necessary to ensure the holding of the Competition, but in any case not more than within one month of the date of provision of such personal data. The following actions can be carried out with the personal data of the Participant: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction. The Organizer of the Contest also has the right to transfer personal data of participants to third parties in order to ensure the possibility of its holding and fulfill the conditions of the Contest. The participant has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his personal data, given in accordance with this clause of the rules by sending a message to the email address: info@coral-club.com, by calling (local number is available on the website). The Participant bears the risk of consequences of withdrawal of such consent independently.
9.4. Participants of the Contest give their consent to the publication and further use of their image (including his photographs, as well as video recordings or works of fine art in which he is depicted. The Participants agree that the publication and use of the image by the organizer of the competition is not subject to payment. 9.5. All controversial issues related to this Contest are regulated on the basis of the current legislation in the relevant country
